The first annual Royal Foundation Forum took place today as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, along with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, hosted a conversation about what the Foundation’s work meant to them.
The event was the first official event for the foursome and marked Meghan Markle’s first foray into the Royal Forum’s activities, as Meghan will be formally added as the fourth Patron to the Royal Foundation after her marriage to Prince Harry on May 19th.
Under the banner of ‘Making a Difference Together’, the event was designed to shine a spotlight on the various programmes run by the Foundation. So far, these include most prominently Heads Together, the Invictus Games and United for Wildlife.
Kate, William, Harry and Meghan appeared on stage and spoke about why the Foundation was set up (William and Harry set it up in 2011, with Kate joining after her wedding to William), the projects they are currently working on and their ambitions for the future.
For the event, Kate wore a gorgeous royal blue tailored maternity dress by favourite brand Seraphine. The dress is currently out of stock and will be re-stocked in March. She paired it with sparkly earrings, black pumps and her trusty Cartier watch.
For those curious, Meghan’s look is fully covered on our sister site, Meghan’s Mirror, however here is a brief recap:
What did you think of Kate’s look today? Did you love the blue?
