Today, the Duchess of Cambridge joined the Air Cadets from Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire for an exercise as part of their half-term skills development camp.
Today marked the third visit by Kate to the Air Cadets since she assumed the Patronage from The Duke of Edinburgh after he passed on his Patronage after 63 years as Air Commodore-in-Chief. The Duchess now heads the organization which includes 42,000 air cadets and 15,000 adult volunteers at more than 1,200 units across the UK and abroad.
Today is also Valentine’s Day and, appropriately, the Duchess reached for a red military inspired blazer for the event. Kate is wearing the Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini double-breasted twill blazer (USD$1,515). Philosophy is a new brand for Kate. Renowned Italian designer Alberta Ferretti founded Philosophy in 1984 with a focus on soft, feminine dressing for day and evening. In 2014, Lorenzo Serafini assumed the role of creative director, adding a touch of glamour to the label’s romantic roots.
She paired the blazer with a black turtleneck top, what we believe to be her Zara black skinny jeans, her Stuart Weitzman “HalfNHalf” Suede Boots, and black bow gloves (whose identity remains unknown). Kate accessorized the look with her Kiki McDonough Lauren Yellow Gold Diamond Pave Leaf Earrings.

Place2Be Big Assembly with Heads Together
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will join the @Place2Be #BigAssembly with @Heads_Together on Monday 6 February for Children’s Mental Health Week 2017. Children’s Mental Health Week 2017 focuses on kindness, and its benefits for wellbeing. The Duchess is Patron of @Place2Be– a charity partner of @heads_together campaign to end stigma and change the conversation on mental health.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will attend the @BAFTA Film Awards ceremony on the 12th February.
Air Training Corps Visit
Rebecca English shares that The Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Wing Air Training Corps on Valentine’s Day, February 14th. Kate will also fly a flight simulator at the cadet camp in her role as Royal Patron and Honorary Air Commandant of the Air Cadets on Feb 14.

Action for Children Engagements in Wales
