The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s last day in Bhutan has come to its conclusion after a whirlwind day of gorgeous scenery, hiking and a state gala where we saw one of the most jaw-dropping dresses thus far on the tour.
The day started early for the Duke and Duchess who, along with numerous Royal Reporters, hiked to Paro Taktsang, the Tiger’s Nest monastery.
There were lots of gorgeous photos taken along the way, all while showcasing the beauty of the scenery and the easy, laid back attitudes of Will and Kate.
Once the couple was at the Monastery, they enjoyed a private visit.
Kate wore a white blouse, leather waistcoat (vest), skinny jeans, Penelope Chivers boots, Ray-Ban sunglasses, Flora garments Indian stole and Kiki McDonough Citrine earrings. Full fashion post to cover the details will be coming imminently.
After the hike (and we presume a shower!) Will and Kate hosted a glittering gala at the Taj Tashi Hotel honouring British citizens in Bhutan and Bhutanese citizens with strong ties to the UK.
Kate wore a gorgeous Beulah London poppy print dress – unsurprising that she chose the poppy as it is the national flower of Bhutan. She paired it with Gianvito Rossi Crisscross Ankle-Wrap Sandals and Cassandra Goad Temple of Heaven earrings.
Tomorrow marks the final day of the tour – and a day with a widely anticipated event at the Taj Mahal in Agra. Stay tuned!
