With no Kate sightings or events this week, it was a quiet one for us Royal Watchers – but luckily next week will not be as quiet!
Week in Review
We’ve said already that it was a quiet week, but how quiet? The biggest news this week seems to have been that William & Kate have expensive (£8,000!) dressing gowns hanging in their closets.
Nothing to report in Kate news, but in other Royal News, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden delivered a healthy baby boy, Prince Oscar. A future playmate for Charlotte and George?
This coming Thursday, March 10th, the Duke and Duchess will carry out a series of engagements. Their visits will focus on organizations working on efforts to prevent suicide.
Kensington Palace confirmed that William and Kate will complete a joint engagement on Friday, March 11th at @XLMentoring, part of @xlplondon, which supports young people facing emotional challenges. William and Kate also visited in 2015.
William & Kate will also attend Commonwealth Service at Westiminster Abbey with Queen, Prince Philip & Harry on Monday, March 14th. Kate also attended last year, while pregnant with Princess Charlotte.
In Case You Missed It
We had some new exciting content on the blog this week! Did you catch how to attend horse racing events, like the famous Cheltenham Festival, like Kate? Or have you always been curious how to write a letter to the Duchess? We updated our “How to write to the Duchess of Cambridge” article! In the mood for some retail therapy? We shared some details about shopping like Kate at Duke of York Square.
Have a great week ahead!
