The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this blustery and cold morning spent some time this touring the National September 11 Memorial Museum. Their Royal Highnesses viewed one of the Memorial Reflection Pools and spent some time in the Memorial Plaza and Memorial Museum. They also laid roses and laid a heartfelt handwritten message in tribute to those who lost their lives in the horrific events of that day.
Message says In sorrowful memory of those who died on 11th Sep & in admiration of the courage to rebuild pic.twitter.com/jBVz8yY9vG

In sorrowful memory of those who died on 11th September and in admiration of the courage shown to rebuild. William & Catherine
Kate wore the gorgeous Double Breasted Cerise Wool Silk coat from Mulberry (now on sale for $1300) to stand out from the grey and overcast skies. She paired the coat with a yet to be confirmed Seraphine Maternity dress (reported by the WSJ), tights and black heels and gloves which we believe to be her standard ones from Cornelia James.
Love the gorgeous colour of Kate’s coat but don’t love the price tag? Here are some more affordable options:
